An assortment of fitness courses and bespoke fitness programs based on your individual needs, fitness goals, and your music taste.
Do I need equipment?
No equipment needed for most classes, though we offer kettlebell and resistance band programs if you have this equipment at home.
What are the class offerings?
-- 'FEVER MOBILITY' dance based HIIT maintenence class. full-body, no-equipment, follow-along class to relieve tension in the body
-- STRETCH + TONE: mat class for toning and lengthening, uses 3lb + 5lb weights
-- KETTLEBELL: specialized strength training - instructor uses 35lbs kettlebell weight.
-- RESISTANCE : specialized strength training using an assortment of resistance bands.
-- CORE : slow, controlled movement for those getting into or back into movement.

Pricing:
$39 per fitness course (each includes ~5 hours of content)

During working and teaching in Los Angeles, New York, and the Hamptons, and following this with a convention with Dance Teacher Web (Vegas), Fin deepened his knowledge and understanding of how we can access the human psyche through music and dance-infused movement to ask our body to safely push itself and get the most out of every workout or class.
A dance teacher (and lifelong student) for over ten years of all ages and types of people, I am inspired to bring both my experience and own unique way of teaching stretch and strength towards those looking to find or deepen their own connection with their body.
